Get up close

Telephoto zooms such as the NIKKOR Z 70-180mm f/2.8 aren’t just for shooting things far away. With a minimum focus distance of 0.27 m at 70 mm and 0.85 m at 180 mm and that f/2.8 aperture, you can create images with a macro-like feel. Try picking out an individual flower in a meadow or field.

When used with a TC-20, the native max reproduction ratio of 0.48x is doubled to become 0.96x which is almost macro, so almost life-size reproduction.
